How it works
Four steps, taken at your pace
There is no timer and no rush. A module might take an evening or a week, you move on only when it has settled in you.
Mark where you stand
Before the first module, a short questionnaire: where you are on your career path, and where you are on your spiritual path. Not a test, a baseline.
Move through a module
A quiet space and unhurried time. A short teaching, a mystic poem, a guided meditation or movement, and how it applies at the desk.
Reflect, and watch it change
You answer again in your own words, then revisit your earlier answers and see how far they have moved. That change, made visible, is what we call your reflections.
Carry it into your day
Each module leaves you an anchor: a phrase or practice to reach for when the pressure is on.

Spiritual Cognitive Dynamics was developed to pass that ceiling. It trains an advanced intuition: a knowing that arrives before the argument does, drawn from a source the reasoning mind cannot manufacture, and put to work in the decisions you actually make.

The program is not for profit. Ayub funded this body of work entirely himself, over years, and the natural demand for it brought about the creation of a foundation. It exists for a single reason: to bring consciousness into the real world, through the leaders who shape it. The foundation is grateful to those who choose to further the work.
The founder
A bridge between both worlds.
An investment banker with CIBC and Crédit Agricole Indosuez in Switzerland, he created outsized returns through a combination of intuition and metacognitive techniques of his own devising. He later took a shareholding in the investment bank Fraser Mackenzie in Toronto, where his investments into mining ventures expanded internationally. Today he holds strategic advisory positions across his investments, guiding management through selective components of SCD.
The Inner Realization Program is the natural progression of that double life. What he used himself as a rooted philosophy — success with personal equilibrium — he then passed to promising executives, who learned not only how to calculate but how to dance. A tragic loss had sent him on a voyage within; he returned with Intemporalis, with the mystic performances, and with The Pagoda, the best-selling allegory of nine floors whose architecture this program keeps.
