Spiritual Cognitive Dynamics is operated by Ayub Khan. You can reach a person at info@spiritualdyna.com, and we answer.

These terms cover the website, the nine modules, the SCD Diploma, and the Clear Conscious Network. By taking up a place you accept them.

Nine modules of recorded teaching, poetry, guided meditation and movement, with a written application to the work you run. It is digital content, taken at your own pace, in order.

Module 1 is free and complete. Nothing is withheld from it and no payment or card is required to take it. That is deliberate: you should judge the teaching before you decide anything.

Settling the fee opens the remaining modules and, on completion, the Key and the SCD Diploma issued in your name. Access does not expire.

It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric or therapeutic treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If you are unwell, see a clinician.

It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Ayub's background is in banking and the material draws on it, but nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and no part of it is personalised advice.

No outcome is promised. The work is inward and its results depend on what you bring to it. Any description of what other people experienced is a description, not a forecast.

Completing the nine modules earns the right to participate in the Network, through a short application. The fee does not buy it.

Applications from like-minded graduates are read for alignment, integrity and real application of the work, and decided at our discretion.

Membership may be ended if conduct in the room damages it. The room exists to let people speak plainly, and that depends on who is in it.

Sign-in is by a link sent to your email address. There is no password. Keep control of that mailbox, because whoever holds it can reach your account.

Your place is personal to you. Sharing your access, or the material behind it, with people who have not taken up a place is the one thing that ends a membership.

The teaching, the recordings, the poems, the anchors, the written material and the marks remain the property of their author. Taking up a place gives you a personal licence to use them for yourself, for as long as you like.

It does not give you the right to copy, republish, resell, teach from, or train any model on them.

What you write in your own reflections is yours. What you post in the Network is yours, and you allow the other members to read it there.

Module 1 is free precisely so that nobody has to buy in order to find out. Take it first.

If you have paid and the program is not what you expected, write within 14 days and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify the request.

After 14 days we will still read what you write and answer honestly, but the refund becomes a matter of judgment rather than a right.

Where consumer law gives you a stronger right than this, that law wins and nothing here limits it.

The material may be revised, extended or re-recorded. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, tell us and we will make it right.

You may stop at any time. We may end an account for sharing access, for conduct that damages the Network, or for unlawful use, and where we do so without cause we refund the unused part.

We are responsible for the things we do wrong. We are not responsible for decisions you take in your own life or business after doing this work, which remain yours.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the law of Switzerland. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
