Privacy

We hold your name, your email address, what you wrote when you joined, your progress through the modules, and anything you write in your reflections or in the Network.

We do not sell it, we do not advertise to you, and there is no tracking on this site. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party cookies.

Your written reflections are the most personal thing here. They are visible to you. They are not published, not shared with other members, and not used for anything except showing them back to you.

Ayub Khan decides what is collected and why, and is the controller for the purposes of data protection law. Write to info@spiritualdyna.com about anything on this page.

Your name and email address, so that a place can be yours and you can sign in. Without them there is no account.

Your role and what brought you to the work, given when you take up a place, so that Ayub knows who is in the room.

Your progress, your reflections and your Network posts, so the program can carry across your devices and the room can function.

If you apply to the Network, the three answers you write, so that the application can be considered.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We see that a payment succeeded and who it belongs to. We never see or store your card.

Most of it is performance of the contract between us: you cannot be given access to something you paid for without a record of who you are.

Answering a Network application rests on our legitimate interest in deciding who joins a private circle, and on yours in being considered.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time and we will act on that.

Vercel hosts the site. Neon holds the database. Clerk handles sign-in. Stripe handles payment. Each is a processor acting on instructions, and each is bound by its own contract with us.

Data is stored on servers in the European Union where the provider offers that choice. Nobody else receives your data, and it is not sold or rented to anyone, ever.

Your account and your progress for as long as you have a place, because access does not expire and you may return to the work years later.

Records of payment for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is longer than we would otherwise keep them.

Applications that were declined for one year, then deleted.

Ask us to erase your account and we will, keeping only what the law obliges us to keep.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask for it in a portable form, or object to a particular use. Write to us and we will answer within one month.

If we handle it badly you can complain to your national data protection authority, and you do not need our permission to do so.

One cookie signs you in and keeps you signed in. Your choice of light or dark theme is remembered in your own browser and never leaves it.

There are no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why this site does not ask you to accept any.
