Integrated Awareness
Stillness and the live ticker, held together
The work was never to leave the desk — it was to arrive at it whole.

At work · On the desk, you act on the setup — not the adrenaline.
Until now the practice had a room of its own. This ends that separation: the measure is not how deep you go in silence but whether the silence survives a falling position. Split attention runs two channels at once — a still observer that does not grasp, and a sharp operator that acts. The stillness is what keeps the operator clean.
Most poor decisions on the desk are failures of state, not analysis — the flinch on a drawdown, the freeze when the tape accelerates. A second channel watches your reactivity in real time, so you act on the setup, not the adrenaline.
A teaching, a movement joining sky and ground, a meditation, and trading.
