Presence is not performance. The Star State is what remains when you stop projecting and start radiating, a steadiness that no longer leaks attention. What we call aura is simply the readable sum of an inner state: tension travels, and so does coherence. Tend that field and others regulate toward it without knowing why.
In senior rooms your effect precedes your evidence. Set your state at the threshold, at the door, before the call connects. Your presence then does the first and heaviest lift, and your competence is finally heard at full resolution.
