SCD for Executives
The method itself, in five practices you can deploy under pressure.
Each practice comes in two parts: the practice, to feel it, then a written how-to that turns it into something you actually use on a hard morning. With it: a business questionnaire read by Ayub, a live webinar, business prompts to work with, and the right to ask for a specific business application of the method. An enterprise pack for whole teams is coming.
Available on demand — Ayub answers personally. The free pieces below stay open either way.

Practice 1 of 5
Abundance Mapping
“I am what I am, in what is.”
The practice
The practice opens with this collection.
The how-to
DraftA practice for the scarcity loop: the tightening that arrives with a shortfall, a stalled quarter, or a number that will not move. It does not argue with the anxiety. It returns the body to the sensation of effortless flow, and the loop loses its grip.
When to reach for it
- You feel financially anxious, or stalled in your professional momentum.
- You are uninspired, and forcing it is making it worse.
- A decision is being shaped by fear of loss rather than by judgment.
The steps
- 01Take a deep breath with a double exhale. Let the second exhale be longer than you expect.
- 02Drop your shoulders. Let the held weight go before you try to think clearly.
- 03Activate your personal mantra, the one this practice gave you.
- 04Step back into the somatic sensation of flow: not the idea of abundance, the felt sense of it.
- 05Only then return to the number, the deal, or the decision.
The sign it worked
The problem is still there and the tightness is not. You are deciding from judgment rather than from shortage.
Practice 2 of 5
Star State
“I enter as a star.”
The practice
The practice opens with this collection.
The how-to
DraftA threshold practice. It sets your presence before you speak, so a room turns toward you without your having to work for it. This is the practice behind what Ayub calls being magnetic in a room: not performance, composure that others can feel.
Practice 3 of 5
Sovereign Light
“It comes from above.”
The practice
The practice opens with this collection.
The how-to
DraftThe leader's practice, for the moment a decision is yours alone. It reconnects you to the figure of authority you have chosen in the work, returns the advanced intuition, and restores the transpersonal responsibility that separates a sovereign decision from a self-interested one.
Practice 4 of 5
Shadow Integration
“I am not afraid.”
The practice
The practice opens with this collection.
The how-to
DraftFor the intense trigger: sudden fear, a critical conversation, a gripping sensation in the body. It does not fight the fear or reason with it. It approaches its heart with compassion until the physical grip releases, and the cleared space becomes usable again.
Practice 5 of 5
Mystery Unravelled
“I have no fear in what is; blessed be my reality.”
The practice
The practice opens with this collection.
The how-to
DraftThe ninth-floor practice, and the one that carries the Key. It holds three things at once: no fear, presence in what is, and the authorship of a blessed reality. Then it releases them, because holding them tightly is itself a kind of fear.
The written how-tos are first drafts from Ayub's own anchors and protocols, shown beside his original documents. They are his to correct.
